Shipping & Returns
Every piece ships from Xingyi, Guizhou, China, packed with care for the journey.
Shipping
Mistfell ships from China unless a product page states otherwise. Destinations, delivery windows, and rates are being finalized and will be shown at checkout once configured. We do not promise delivery times that aren’t reflected in those settings.
Natural variation
Every piece is one of a kind, and the natural stones we use vary in colour, pattern, and form. Slight variation from the photographs is expected and part of each piece.
Returns & exchanges
Each Mistfell piece is one of a kind, or made in a small designer batch by hand. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges — with these exceptions:
- the item arrives damaged;
- the item is materially different from its listing; or
- there was a fulfillment error on our side.
If any of these applies, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right. Please review each product’s photos and description carefully before purchasing.
This policy matches our current Etsy posture and remains subject to final legal and accounting review before launch.
